Pulse Jet Bag Filter

A wide ranQe of lndustrial Bag Filters is available with us.. ln a reverse-pulse-jet Bag Filter gas air flows from outside to inside the bags. This bag filter is provided with a metaLcage ihat prevents collapse of the bag. Through a tank, short burst of compressed air is injected thlt cleans the bags. The compressed air is accelerated by a venturi nozzle mounted at the reverse-jet inside the bag iilte, top of the bag. Due to short duration of compressed air, the bag surfaces flexf which results in breakage of the dust cake. Finally, the dislodged dust falls into bottom hopper. A digital sequential timer/master control enables the working of the cleaning system.
